Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Providing general administrative support to office staff. The successful candidate will answer phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings and events, maintaining member records, data entry, and a variety of day-to-day office responsibilities.
Full-time - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday. Please note: our office follows the elementary school year calendar. We are closed in July and August. This is a 10-month-per-year position.
Starting Wages:
$25 - $30 per hour

Key Duties/Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedules for meeting rooms and events
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to email inquiries
Prepare and distribute meeting materials
Provide friendly and professional front desk support to members and visitors
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Purchase office and workshop supplies as required
Maintain the smooth operation of the office environment
Required Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities, taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and helping ensure the office operates efficiently.
Skills:
Proficiency with Google Suite
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Relevant experience/training in an administrative assistant role or similar
