Job Description
We are hiring a Barbershop Coordinator (Client Experience & Shop Support) to help maintain a high standard of service, professionalism, and daily operations. This role supports the team, manages client flow, and ensures the shop runs smoothly. This is not a cutting position—this is a support role focused on consistency, organization, and client experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
Greet clients and manage walk-ins
Coordinate client flow and assign barbers
Maintain shop cleanliness and presentation
Support barbers during busy periods
Ensure punctuality and professionalism
Help maintain a consistent client experience
Capture basic content (photos/videos)
Required Qualifications & Skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented
Takes initiative and follows direction
Customer service or retail experience preferred
Able to maintain a clean and professional workspace
Comfortable using a phone for basic tasks (photos/videos)
